I've checked out multiple places and Local is my favorite. The owner's nice, the employees have always been nice and I really like the atmosphere. There's some I absolutely will not go to because of the atmosphere, others that are fine, but Local is just somewhere I feel comfortable.

Support small businesses! This place is tiny, but I always have an excellent experience each time I go in. The staff is 10/10 friendly. If you live in Interbay, Queen Anne or Magnolia, this place is super convenient!
